Application Data & Permissions:
  • Camera Access: Used for uploading profile pictures, attaching documents, or capturing photos when submitting tasks. Images are tied to the relevant record and stored securely.
  • Precise Location: Captured only during attendance check-in/out (for geo-fenced validation at your office or specified location) and when starting or submitting a task. This ensures accurate time tracking and accountability. Location is never tracked in the background or without your permission.
  • Device Information: Such as device ID and operating system version, collected to maintain compatibility, enhance security, and support troubleshooting.
Information Automatically Collected:
  • Device ID and operating system details for security, troubleshooting, and analytics.
  • Usage activity, such as task submissions or attendance logs, captured as part of core features.

We do not collect unnecessary background data. Information is limited to what is required for running the App effectively and securely.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information to deliver and improve our App, manage employee and organizational activities, communicate with users, ensure security and accountability, and comply with legal obligations. We may also process your information for additional purposes when you give consent.

  • To manage employee accounts, profiles, and organizational records.
  • To validate attendance using geo-fencing and record precise task locations.
  • To assign tasks, capture proof of completion through photos and location data, and track progress.
  • To send system communications, including task updates, approvals, alerts, and greetings.
  • To allow employees to update their profile details and upload documents.
  • To monitor system activity to improve performance and reliability.
  • To protect against misuse, maintain security, and ensure data integrity.

3. Device Permissions

Certain features of the App may ask for access to your device's functions:

  • Camera: For capturing profile photos, uploading documents, or attaching images when completing tasks. Required for submitting task completion.
  • Location: For validating attendance (check-in/out) via geo-fencing at your office or specified location, and for logging the location of task assignments and submissions. Location is only accessed at these times and never in the background.
  • Microphone/Audio/Video: We do not access or record any audio or video from your device.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our App and website may use cookies and similar tracking tools to enhance your experience and support functionality. These small files are stored on your device or browser and help us:
